The App also allows OPTAVIA Clients to reach out to their independent OPTAVIA Coach and features multiple self-service options, such as the ability to confirm details of OPTAVIA Premier orders.
When is the OPTAVIA App available to Hong Kong Clients?
We are thrilled to announce the new OPTAVIA App is available for OPTAVIA Coaches and Clients in Hong Kong! Download the App in the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Android), then log in with single sign on (SSO), using the same credentials associated with your OPTAVIA Account.
How do I download the App?
Is my login information for the OPTAVIA App the same as my credentials for my OPTAVIA Account or OPTAVIA CONNECT?

Is the OPTAVIA App available to OPTAVIA’s Communities in all markets?

Can I share feedback while logged into the App?
Yes, the OPTAVIA App was designed for OPTAVIA Clients, and we need you involved in the evaluation process at every step of the way! Please leave your feedback in the OPTAVIA App or by rating and commenting in the Apple Store (App) or Google Play (Android).
Why are we launching the OPTAVIA App?
The OPTAVIA App was created for OPTAVIA’s Community in all markets, as a resource for sharable certified Lean & Green recipes (now at more than 100!), self-service options related to OPTAVIA Premier orders, and other features.
What if I’m an OPTAVIA Premier Member? Will I see upcoming Premier Orders?
Yes, if you have an upcoming Premier Order, you will see it on the App. If a user is not an OPTAVIA Premier Member and has no upcoming orders, this specific navigation will not be visible.
If I change my Premier Order with the OPTAVIA App, will it then reflect the change?
Yes, the App will reflect these changes once you log in and/or refresh.
Having trouble accessing the OPTAVIA App?
Follow these steps:
I'm receiving these messages when logging in. What should I do?
1. "Your email or password is incorrect. Please try again"
- This means that you have entered the wrong credentials. Please try again using the same email address and password you use to log in to your OPTAVIA.HK account.
2. "We apologize, but you currently are unable to login to the OPTAVIA App. Please check back for your access coming soon!"
- This means that your account may not be synced properly with your credentials. If this is the case, please reach out to OPTAVIA Support Team at 800 931 717 or HKCoachSupport@OPTAVIA.com so access can be granted, and credentials confirmed.
