The Client Orders report displays the total number of orders placed month-to-date. This report is defaulted to display Frontline orders, toggle from Frontline Only to Organization to view orders processed for your entire team month-to-date.
To access this report, hover your mouse over the Client Support link in the navigation bar and then select Client Orders Report.
- Select the drop down menu to toggle between current and last month.
- Select the toggle button on the right side of the screen to view Frontline Only or Organization.
*Leadership columns are located at the end of the report and can be accessed by scrolling to the right (i.e. Executive Business Leader and Master Business Leader)
You can use this report to help keep track of your Clients order's to stay updated on when their order will arrive by viewing the column listed under Tracking Number. *If there is no tracking number listed select the corresponding Order Number to view more details.
