How much is the Business Renewal?
The term of the Independent OPTAVIA Coach Agreement is one (1) year from the date of enrollment and must be renewed annually. The renewal fee is HKD$330.
Do I need to renew my Coach account yearly?
The term of the Independent OPTAVIA Coach Agreement is one (1) year from the date of enrollment and must be renewed annually.
Failure to renew an OPTAVIA business results in the account being converted to “Client” status and the loss of the Coach’s downline organization, which will “roll-up” to the Coach’s sponsor (“Sponsor”) (a Coach’s Sponsor is sometimes referred to as a “Business Coach”). Should the individual wish to be reinstated as an OPTAVIA Coach, he/ she may do so, subject to certain time frames and conditions. How can I renew my Coach Account?
To renew your OPTAVIA Coach account for another 12 months, please note the following steps:
- Login to your account.
- Navigate to SHOP and select Coach Store.
- Select 12-month Business Renewal, quantity of one, and then click Add to cart.
- Complete checkout using your valid credit card.

Administrative services (including commission processing, mailings, order processing, and more)
Access to a meeting room (for one hour) at the local Hong Kong office*
*Access to a meeting room is subject to availability. Meeting room time must be scheduled directly with HKCoachSupport@OPTAVIA.com. The Hong Kong Coach Support Team shall review and respond to the booking request with an email confirmation. The meeting room access must be used within 12 months of your renewal purchase, otherwise the access will expire. For details, please visit Coach Answers.
Where can I check to see my Coaches’ renewal status?
You may login to your account, hover your mouse to OPTAVIA Connect at the top right of the page. Hover your mouse to Engage tab at the top of the screen and click on Renewal Report.
You will be directed to a spreadsheet containing a list of your Coaches. This list will include several pieces of information such as their name and renewal date. Use the scroll bars at the bottom and on the right side of the list to scroll through the list.
Click on renewal date to choose ascending or descending. You can also check or uncheck pieces of information you would like in your report, as well as filter information to display specific dates. For example, you can filter the report to show only Coaches whose renewal date is on or before January 20.
Once you have selected your filters and information you would like to see in your report, navigate your mouse to the top of the list and click CSV to run the report. The report will be run and downloaded into Microsoft Excel.
