Accelerator For All Client eligibility requirements have been updated to include New AND Reactivated Clients* (i.e., an individual that has not placed an order in the last 180 days) as of Tuesday, 1 November 2022, providing independent OPTAVIA Coaches in Hong Kong with the opportunity to welcome additional Clients to OPTAVIA in the final months of the program.
*A “New Client” is an individual who has never placed an order with OPTAVIA. A “Reactivated Client” is an individual who has not placed an order in the last 180 days as of Tuesday, 1 November 2022.

How do I earn the Coach Accelerator Bonus?
Any OPTAVIA Coach (new or active) can earn the Coach Accelerator Bonus by meeting the necessary requirements. The following chart details the number of New OR Reactivated Clients a Coach must welcome in a month during the qualification period:

Can any OPTAVIA Coach earn multiple Coach Accelerator Bonuses?
Yes, ALL OPTAVIA Coaches can earn a Coach Accelerator Bonus up to HK$2,000.00 by welcoming three (3) or more New OR Reactivated Clients+ (with at least 345 PQV in a month) to OPTAVIA.
What is the definition of a Qualified Client as it relates to Accelerator For All?
A “Qualified Client” is 1) a Client who has never placed an order or 2) has not placed an order within the past 180 days and has 345+ Personal Qualifying Volume (“PQV”) during a Monthly Bonus Period. The PQV can be composed of multiple orders, so long as these orders are placed during a Monthly Bonus Period.
Will re-enrolled Reactivated Clients receive full Premier benefits, or an acquisition offer with their first Premier order?
If a Reactivated Client re-enrolls in OPTAVIA Premier in the last 180 – 364 days as of Tuesday, 1 November 2022, they will not be eligible for full program benefits or an acquisition offer. Re-entry orders are eligible to earn Rewards after 60 days of reinstating or re-entering OPTAVIA Premier and any Rewards will expire within 60 days of issue date regardless of whether the OPTAVIA Premier account is active or canceled. Only former OPTAVIA Premier Clients who have not placed an order in the last 365 days are eligible to receive full program benefits, including free boxes of Fuelings.
Does a Reactivated Client have to re-enroll in OPTAVIA Premier to qualify for Accelerator For All? Will they receive free shipping on their first order?
A Reactivated Client can re-enroll in OPTAVIA Premier by placing an OPTAVIA Premier order of any amount and returning to “active” OPTAVIA Premier Client status.
Any re-entry orders are subject to full shipping costs.
Who can benefit from an Accelerator Assist Bonus?
The Accelerator Assist Bonus caters to Business Coaches in all markets who guide their Coaches to qualify for the Coach Accelerator Bonus by welcoming three (3) or more New Clients to the OPTAVIA Community.
How can I earn the Accelerator Assist Bonus?
To qualify for the Accelerator Assist Bonus, a Business Coach must support his/her Coaches to welcome New OR Reactivated Clients during the qualification period:

Yes, Business Coaches can earn multiple Accelerator Assist Bonuses by supporting and guiding their personally sponsored Coaches to welcome three or more New OR Reactivated Clients in a month during the bonus periods. Please note that a Business Coach can only earn an Accelerator Assist Bonus ONCE for each Coach the first time they earn a Coach Accelerator Bonus.
Is Accelerator For All a global program?
Yes, Accelerator For All is a global program. The Coach Accelerator Bonus and the Accelerator Assist Bonus can be earned by All Coaches and Business Coaches in all markets, including the U.S., Hong Kong, and Singapore.
Can ALL Coaches in Hong Kong and Singapore who purchase a Business Kit in November, and December, participate in the existing Quick Start Bonus and Monthly Client Acquisition Bonus?
Yes, new Coaches in Hong Kong and Singapore who purchase a Business Kit in November - December 2022 can earn the Quick Start Bonus, the Monthly Client Acquisition Bonus, the Coach Accelerator Bonus and the Accelerator Assist Bonus.
Is the Accelerator Assist Bonus only for new Coaches?
No, a new Coach would earn the Coach Accelerator Bonus. The Accelerator Assist Bonus is designed for Business Coaches, those that personally sponsor OPTAVIA Coaches (new and active) to success by guiding and supporting them to welcome three (3) or more New OR Reactivated Clients to Hong Kong’s OPTAVIA Community.

If I earn a Coach Accelerator Bonus or Accelerator Assist Bonus, when will I receive my first payment?
